Danielle Paisley loves and believes in libraries, and strives to make Patchogue-Medford Library a great place to use and to work. Danielle has worked as a customer service representative, a renter of cars, a maker of tomato and cheese bagels, a periodicals shelver, a camp counselor, a teacher and finally, a Librarian--by far, her favorite job of all. Working in Teen Services is a rewarding experience and an exciting adventure every day.

Jeri Cohen used to be a computer programmer.  Now as a teen librarian, she orders fiction and nonfiction books and audiobooks and staffs the Reference Desk.  She reads everything in sight, from cereal boxes to almanacs, loves young adult literature and never goes anywhere without an audiobook!

Hi there!  My name is Brian Schwartz and I am pleased to meet you!  I am the guy to come to if you want to put in a movie, CD or video game suggestion.  I am also in charge of the Teen Friends, and run the video game tournaments!   Stop in and say hi!

Before finding her dream job as a YA librarian, Martha Mikkleson worked at lots of interesting places like photo darkrooms, newspaper art departments, gardens, restaurants and colleges. Along the way, she learned many things that she is now translating into cool programs for teens. Her main focus at the Library is program planning - programs like Animangamania, Music Buddies, PML Players Theatre and Into the MIC.
            Martha loves arts and crafts, brass music, choral singing, cycling, book arts, theatre, foreign films and audiobooks - she never goes anywhere in her van without a book in the CD player!

Before becoming a librarian, Deborah Grayovski worked for many years with disabled children and adults.  She is currently the liaison to the middle schools and high school and schedules many of the school/homework related programs:  SAT and Regents Review classes, ACT Practice Exams, Math HW help, etc.  She loves art and history,  and takes great joy in helping people of all ages and abilities to be the best that they can be.
